SHIPPING

All shipping is paid for by the customer.  As a small operation, we do our best to ship out orders out within a week.  Multiple packages may be required to fulfill some orders.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

All sales are final.  No exchanges are accepted.  If a product is damaged, you must email us to start a claim within three (3) days of receiving your order.  We will then follow up with you in a timely fashion and do our best to correct the problem.
